SUPPORT CONTRACTS Minimize

Standard Support

You receive standard support service contracts when you purchase your GreatLabel software. The exact nature of the standard support services depends upon which version GreatLabel you aquire:

GreatLabel Lite
  • 30 days of online (web-based) support for installation assistance. In order to access this support, you will need to have an account and login to this web site. 
  • Review the support Knowledge Base and ask questions through the service desk.
  • All software updates until the next major verion (eg. if you are version 2, you reveive all software updates until version 3.)
  • All layout updates until the next version of the software.
GreatLabel Standard
  • 1 year of online (web-based and email) support. In order to access this support, you will need to have an account and login to this web site. 
  • Review the support Knowledge Base and ask questions through the service desk.
  • All software updates until the next major verion (eg. if you are version 2, you reveive all software updates until version 3.)
  • All layout updates until the next version of the software.
GreatLabel Enterprise
  • 1 year of online (web-based and email) support. In order to access this support, you will need to have an account and login to this web site. 
  • Review the support Knowledge Base and ask questions through the service desk.
  • All software updates until the next major verion (eg. if you are version 2, you reveive all software updates until version 3.)
  • All layout updates until the next version of the software.

Premium Support Contracts

GreatLabel offers premium support services at a very reasonable rates as follows:

Annual Premium Support Contract
  • Up to 20 telephone inquiries may be booked through online support desk.
  • Unlimited online (web and email) inquiries.
  • All software updates, including to next major revision of the software, during the life of the support contract.
  • All layout updates during life of the support contract.
  • Cost:  A$350 for GreatLabel Standard / A$450 for GreatLabel Enterprise
Ad-hoc Telephone Support Requests
  • Talk directly with a senior technical support officer. $75 per hour, billed in 30min time blocks.
Training Services
  • 2-3 hours of intensive training in how to get the most out of GreatLabel solutions. $350 plus travel and expenses. A maximum of 6 people can be trained at a time.
